WILLIAM F. KANZER

Bill Kanzer is President of Kanzer Associates, Inc., a retained executive search firm based in Chicago, Illinois, which he founded. Bill has seventeen years of experience in executive search.

Kanzer Associates, Inc. has built numerous management teams, as well as helped with the organizational design and development and compensation analysis for a variety of service and manufacturing businesses.

Bill has conducted numerous senior and mid-level searches, covering various functional disciplines in consumer products, financial services, healthcare, retail, insurance, manufacturing, professional consulting services, telecommunications and not-for-profit organizations.

Prior to commencing his career in executive search, Bill was Chief Operating Officer and Publisher of Intermarket Publishing Corporation, a venture capital backed, early stage company that focused on educating and informing corporations and traders on managing financial risk management through the use of complex derivative instruments. At Intermarket, Bill managed operations for all aspects of the business, as well as consulting clients on financial risk management.

Bill's previous background includes 15 years in publishing, marketing, sales and consulting experience in the production of high quality publications, with extensive management experience at The Economist Newspapers Limited of London, Crain Communications Inc., and Billboard Publications.

Bill holds an undergraduate degree in management from DePaul University in Chicago.
